AquaLink Water Taxi
Water taxi service between four popular Long Beach
Harbor attractions and Alamitos Bay Landing.
The vessel is a 68 foot catamaran that seats
up to 75 passengers. There is also an "AquaLink Express"
water taxi that provides transportation between
the Aquarium of the Pacific and Alamitos Bay Landing,
with no stops in between. AquaLink vessels are easy
to spot because they are brightly painted in yellow,
purple, and magenta. Fare is $5 for all passengers.
AquaBus Water Taxi
Provides water transportation between six popular
Long beach ports of call, on a 40 foot vessel that
can accommodate up to 49 passengers. Stops include
Dock 4 near the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen
Mary, Shoreline Village near Parker's Lighthouse,
Dock 7 near the Pine Avenue Circle, and the Hotel Maya.
Fare is $1.00 for all passengers.
Catalina Express
Offers round trip ferry transportation between
four points on the southern California mainland
to two destinations on Catalina Island. Mainland
departure points are San Pedro Berth 95,
Long Beach Queen Mary, Downtown Long Beach, and
Dana Point. Catalina Island ferry stops include
the towns of Avalon and Two Harbors.
